Unilever Food Solutions – Cirque de la Sauce

L’Event Lounge hosted an unforgettable event under the theme “Cirque de la Sauce,” organized by Unilever Food Solutions (UFS). With 400 guests and a magical circus-inspired ambiance, the evening was marked by culinary excellence, spectacular performances, and unique flavor discoveries.

UFS chefs created stunning shared dishes inspired by global culinary trends from the FutureMenus report. Michelin-starred chefs Yves Mattagne and Wout Bru added their magical touch by presenting two exceptional main courses.

The captivating performances by La Garde d’Auguste beautifully added a magical dimension to the evening, while impressive acrobatics, magic tricks, and a laser show delighted the guests.

The evening concluded with the launch of the reimagined Knorr Professional Garde d’Or and Demi-Glace sauces, offering an explosion of flavors and a memorable culinary journey.
